BIRDS & EGGS SHIPPING POLICY

We take care of all the flight/shipping arrangements for all our clients. All our deliveries are made directly to our client or clients home address.
 
We will coordinate flight times with our client or clients  few days in advance before the bird or eggs will be  shipped (weather permitting).  The client or clients are supplied with the airline, flight number(s), air waybill/tracking number, and flight arrival time prior to departure.  It is recommended that the client or clients  should be home at the  expected delivery  time so that your bird or eggs should not stay outside for long and the shipping company delivery agents should not wait for long
.  
We will contact our client or clients  a  day before the  shipment  regarding  departure of the bird or eggs. A return call, text or e-mail to Exotic Parrots Farm letting us know that the bird or eggs arrived safely is greatly appreciated. For shipping we have standard shipping and express shipping   For home delivery.   Any bird or eggs that leaves our aviary must be paid in full before the bird or eggs  are shipped. We offer shipping within the United State, United Kingdom, Africa , Asia, South America and North America. We do offer international shipping to any other country in the world.
 
 
 

How does shipping work? 
We take care of the flight/shipping arrangements for all our clients. All a client or clients have to do is to pick up their birds or eggs  at their home address at the delivery time, With their Valid I.D. 

Is shipping safe for the birds & eggs?
Yes, of course!!! Our pet carriers are well designed to ensure our bird(s) and eggs enjoy their flight to their destinations. We provide food, water, and soft bedding inside the shipping carriers to make sure the birds or eggs are comfortable while traveling. In addition, we train our bird(s) to be in a pet carrier daily for a few mins to ensure they don’t get stressed  up while traveling
 

What is inside/on top of the shipping carrier?
A weaned bird comes with extra food (Pellets/Seeds mix) inside a zip lock  bag that will last you a few days. Un-weaned bird comes with a hand-feeding syringe, pellets/seeds that the bird  is being weaned on and bird formula that will last you a few days.

Do birds come with a health guarantee?
Yes, all our weaned birds come with a full health guarantee. We provide our clients with 30 days health guarantee to take the bird(s) to an avian veterinarian. If an avian veterinarian states that the bird was Unfit for sale (not healthy), a certificate/paperwork must be presented to our aviary within 24 hours of exam for exchange or full refund of the bird(s).

All our birds (weaned or un-weaned) are DISEASE TESTED negative for Polyomavirus (PVD), Avian Borna virus (ABV), Proventricular Dilatation Disease (PDD), Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease (PBFD), and Chlamydia psittacine. We provide paperwork with every bird we sell.
